  • How are the classes delivered?
    The core of our instruction lies in pre-recorded video lessons, thoughtfully curated and taught by the talented Camille Friend. Each week, you'll have access to a new video, along with accompanying worksheets and assignments, all conveniently available on the Student Page. And the best part? You'll have three months of access, allowing you to revisit the content whenever you need it, at your own pace. But that's not all! We value the importance of live interaction, which is why we offer "Camille's Check-in and Chat" sessions via Zoom. Join Camille for a weekly live meeting where you can engage in personalized feedback, ask questions, and gain insights from her wealth of experience. It's the perfect opportunity to enhance your learning journey and receive expert guidance directly from the industry's finest.
  • When will I receive information about the class after I purchase it?
    Class information is typically sent out on the Friday before the start date. However, if you purchase the class after that Friday, rest assured that we will promptly send you all the relevant information by the end of that day.
  • What if I cannot attend Camille's Check-in and Chat?
    While Camille’s Check-in and Chat provides an additional opportunity for interaction and discussion, they are designed as an optional and complementary part of the course. The core content and education are provided through the course materials themselves, ensuring that you will receive a comprehensive education even without participating in the check-ins and chats.
  • Can I get a refund?
    There are NO refunds, but you can reschedule up to a week before the start of the first class in the cycle. There is no rescheduling within a week of the class cycle starting. Email us at for rescheduling.
  • Can I make payments in installments/payment plan?
    Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a payment plan. We're hoping to change that in the future.
  • Will I be able to communicate with Camille outside of program/class?
    You can always email Camille a question at hairscholars@gmail. We prefer you do it during the program/class, but she will answer most questions pertaining to the business.
