  • How are the classes delivered?
    Class Formats at a Glance We offer several different learning formats to suit your needs, schedule, and learning style—whether you prefer to go at your own pace or thrive with live interaction. On-Demand Video Classes These pre-recorded classes are designed for maximum flexibility. Once purchased, you’ll have unlimited, lifetime access—so you can learn anytime, at your own pace. Ideal for hairstylists with unpredictable schedules, these lessons can be paused, replayed, and revisited whenever you need a refresher. Scheduled Online Courses Our multi-week courses combine the freedom of pre-recorded lessons with the structure of a guided experience. Each week, you’ll get access to a new video, along with homework and worksheets. You’ll also be invited to a weekly live Zoom “Check-in with Camille” to go over assignments, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback. All course content stays available for 6 months after the course ends, giving you plenty of time to review and absorb the material. Live Zoom Classes These real-time virtual classes take place on a specific date and time, allowing you to learn from anywhere. Taught live by Camille, these sessions focus on hands-on technical skills like wig wrapping, lace application, or period styling. The class is recorded and made available for 6 months so you can revisit the techniques as needed. Live In-Person Workshops Our in-person workshops are immersive, hands-on learning experiences held in small group settings. You'll receive direct instruction, immediate feedback, and personalized guidance from Camille and other experts. All materials are provided, and you’ll walk away with new techniques you can confidently apply on set.
  • When will I receive information about my Blueprint Course after I purchase it?
    If you’ve enrolled in one of our Scheduled Online Blueprint Courses, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the class details—like access to the material, video release schedule, Zoom check-in links, and prep materials—on the Friday before the course begins. If you sign up after that Friday, don’t worry—we’ll send your welcome email by the end of the day you enroll. For our On-Demand Blueprint Video Classes, there’s no waiting period. You’ll receive instant access to the course materials as soon as your purchase is complete, and you can start learning right away at your own pace.
  • What if I cannot attend Camille's Check-in and Chat?
    While Camille’s Check-in and Chat provides an additional opportunity for interaction and discussion, they are designed as an optional and complementary part of the course. The core content and education are provided through the course materials themselves, ensuring that you will receive a comprehensive education even without participating in the Check-Ins and Chats.
  • Can I get a refund?
    There are NO refunds, but you can reschedule up to a week before the start of the first class in the cycle. There is no rescheduling within a week of the class cycle starting. Email us at hairscholars@gmail.com for rescheduling.
  • Can I make payments in installments/payment plan?
    Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have a payment plan. We're hoping to change that in the future.
  • Will I be able to communicate with Camille outside of program/class?
    You can always email Camille a question at hairscholars@gmail. We prefer you do it during the program/class, but she will answer most questions pertaining to the business.
